Do you build on lakefront property in Chanhassen?

My backyard has a lot of mature trees — does that complicate the build?

Not significantly — and the trees are usually a feature worth protecting, not a problem. The design phase accounts for tree placement up front.

How long does the build take?

What's the difference between composite, cedar, and hardwood?

Composite (Trex, TimberTech) offers the longest warranty and lowest maintenance. Cedar is a classic natural look at a lower price point, with periodic sealing required. Exotic hardwoods like ipe offer premium aesthetics with regular oiling. We walk you through each during design.
